Of Washington, DC; she leaves to cherish her memories; her Grandmother, Pearl A. Thompson; her mother, Anna Mae Noel-Harrington; her Step-mother, Rosa Noel; two daughters, Necole Noel and Marie Brown; two granddaughters, Melika Brown and Jonae Womble; three sisters, Gail Lee (Rick), Victoria Abbott (Kevin) and Regina Chambers; four brothers, Wilford Noel Jr.,(Stephanie), Michael Noel (Lisa), Darryl Noel and De'Ron Richardson (Finie) and a host of devoted aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Holy Trinity Worship Center International, 4628 Minnesota Avenue, NE Washington, DC., viewing at 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland.
