Walter Carter, a cherished native of Detroit, Michigan, entered this world on May 7, 1947, and departed from us on June 18, 2024. He was the beloved child of W.A. Carter and Carry Bell.

The family of Walter Carter warmly invites friends and loved ones to join them in a celebration of his life at the Cedar Hill Funeral Home on Monday, July 15th. The family will be available to receive guests from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon, providing an opportunity for all who knew and loved Walter to come together, share memories, and offer their support.

Following this time of gathering, a service honoring Walter's life will be held. It will be a time of reflection, remembrance, and honoring the legacy of a remarkable individual who touched the hearts of many during his time on this earth.
