Wallace Henry Dews went to sleep in death on June 23, 2022, leaving behind his loving wife of 68 years, Betty J. Dews, and 7 children; Wallace D. Dews, Carolyn Dews-West, Girard Dews (Francine), Robert Dews (Donna), Michelle Butler (Benjamin), Avon Dews, and Hope Dews-Taylor.

He is also survived by his sister Fariece Altice, 21 grand, 28 great-grand, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

The visitation will be Friday, July 1, 2022, at 10 am. Service will begin at 11 am. At Cedar Hill Funeral Home, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, Maryland 20746.
