Obituary
Valerie Ann Howe was born August 9, 1935 in Birmingham, England.
She arrived in Washington, D.C. 1947 with her mother, Gladys Ann Shuttleworth Marley, and sister, Carol Romberg.
She married her love, Herbert William Howe, on July 17, 1955.
They Raised 3 Children in Springfield, VA, then moved to Mt. Vernon, VA where they started VH Sign Company, which is still in business and continues to thrive today.
She retired in 1990.
Her passions were VH Sign Company, entertaining, cooking, art and painting.
She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert William Howe and mother Gladys Ann Shuttleworth Marley.
She is survived by her children, David William Howe, Randy Edward Howe and Deborah Ann Conway; her sister, Carol Romberg; 2 Grandchildren, Damian Austin Howe & Cory Jude Conway; 3 Great Grandchildren and a very special friend, Charlie Martorello.
