Terrence Maurice Ballard was born on May 5, 1969 in Washington, DC. He transitioned on November 8,2025.
He was the beloved son of Louis Fletcher and Sandra Ballard. He was a devoted Father and loved by many.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday November 22nd in the Chapel at Cedar Hill where the family will receive friends from 11:00AM- 12:00PM with services to follow. The internment will take place at the Cedar Hill Cemetery immediately following.
