He was cherished by everyone who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Stephen's life will be on, Monday, May 4, 2026, in the Chapel of Cedar Hill Funeral Home, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD 20746. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
Following the services, the interment will take place at Harmony Memorial Park in Hyattsville, MD for those who wish to join.
