Of Washington, DC; born in St. Pauls, Grenada West Indies. Rubina is survived by one sister, Mavis Bridgeman; six children; Glenroy Phillip (Patricia); Glenda Theodore (Isreal);Bertrand Phillip (Glenda); Jeannette Morris (David); Jacqueline Arnold (Tommie); and Carlton Phillip (Pauline); fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services are on Monday, January 10, 2011, 11:00 am at the St. Paul A.M.E. Church located at 4901 14th Street NW, Washington, DC.
Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland
