Obituary
Rosa Mae Valentine, born April 22, 1939, in Elbert, West Virginia, she transitioned on February 11, 2026. She was a beloved wife, who is cherished by everyone who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Rosa's life is planned for Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the Cedar Hill Chapel, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD 20746, with the family receiving friends from 10:00–11:00 a.m. and services to follow.
