Rosa Rebecca Starks' Obituary
Of Washington, DC; passed away Sunday, December 12, 2010.
She was preceded in death by four children; Rosetta, Franklin, Louis and Juanita Starks. She leaves to mourn her two daughters; Mary Savoy and Susie Starks; two sons, David and Charles; twenty-two grandchildren; forty-three great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 17, 2010 from 10:00am until time of service at Cedar Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, Maryland.
Interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland.
