Robert Andrew Wiley passed away peacefully on Tues., April 2, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Born on Dec. 29, 1940 in Wash., DC to Joseph & Marian Wiley, Robert (Bob) grew up playing sports at the Turkey Thicket Playground. He worked as a route salesman for Pepsi Cola for 20 yrs. Robert then relocated to Las Vegas, NV & Alpine, CA where he enjoyed playing golf, continued his love for sports & worked as a consultant for casinos. Robert is survived by four children; one stepson; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; a long-time companion; & numerous friends.

Visitation will be held from 11am-12pm on Sat., April 20, 2013 followed by a service at the Cedar Hill Funeral Home, 4111 Pennsylvania Ave., Suitland, MD. Inurnment will immediately follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made "in memory of Robert A. Wiley", addressed to: Scripps Health Foundation, 10666 North Torrey Pines Rd., 109N, LaJolla, CA 92037.
