Richard Anthony Riggin's Obituary
Richard is survived by his father, Walter Riggin; mother, Shirley Williams; sisters, Lori Whitlow and Kimberly Riggin.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM and Thursday, May 3 from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 12 Noon at the Cedar Hill Funeral Home, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, Maryland. Interment in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
