Priscilla Alfreda Debnam was born in Lynchburg, VA, on September 12, 1946, to the late Rosalie Thurman. On January 5, 2022, she began her eternal rest.

Priscilla moved to Washington DC in her elementary years. She later attended Theodore Roosevelt H.S. and graduated in 1964. She then met and married her husband, Robert Debnam and they had one son, Brett Debnam.

She worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for 36 years before retiring in 2008 to take care of her mother. While working at HUD, Priscilla was also a bartender at the popular nite club Classics for over 20 years. She spent her last three years bartending at Half Note Lounge before retiring. In her spare time, Priscilla loved spending time with her grandchildren, taking pictures, reading books, playing the lottery, getting her hair done, and watching her favorite show NCIS.

Priscilla is survived by her husband Robert J Debnam, son Brett Debnam (Latricia), two grandchildren Brett Debnam Jr., Christina Debnam, and a host of family and friends. .
