Obituary
Peter Donald Proctor, born on October 27, 1952 in Washington, DC, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025.
He is survived by a host of family and friends, who will cherish his memory.
Services will be held on Friday, May 9th at St. Paul United Methodist Church 6634 St Barnabas Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. The family will welcome friends from 9:30AM to 10:30AM followed by a service to celebrate Peter's life. All are invited to join in honoring his memory.
