Nancy S Maurer (also known as Nancy S Adams), 88, formerly of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2024, at Marian Assisted Living in Brookeville, Maryland. She was born on January 28, 1936, in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania, the beloved daughter of Willis G Snyder and Catherine Carey Snyder.

After having been a trust officer for many years, she retired and became the secretary for Westminster Church in Vero Beach, Florida. She loved to knit and had multiple knitting projects going on at once. She shared her passion for knitting with others and helped form a weekly knitting group in Florida that is still going strong today.  Nancy was an avid reader. Once she found an author she liked, she read all of the books in sequential order.

Nancy is survived by her loving children, Bruce A Adams, Denise E Murray, Debra E Page, and Craig P Adams, 9 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.  Nancy was predeceased by her parents and brother, Kingsley Snyder.

Nancy's final wish was to leave quietly.  There is no planned celebration of her life per her request.   Please keep Nancy in your heart as you remember all the wonderful memories you've shared with her.

Nancy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
