Mary Ann Fletcher, 52, of Washington, DC, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at United Medical Center.

Born November 15, 1960 in Scotland Neck, North Carolina, she was a daughter of McKinley and Allean (Anthony) Sledge.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, is her husband, Tony M. Fletcher, whom she married on February 25, 2011; two grandchildren, Josiah Fletcher and Melvin Casey, Jr; a brother, Jessie (Linda) Anthony; two sisters, Dorothy Jean Ruffin and Joyce Ann Ruffin; and a host of half brothers and half sisters as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at Cedar Hill Funeral Home, Inc., 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the hour of services.
