Mary Ann Bolden was born on September 6, 1970 in Washington, DC to Moses and Janie Mae Bolden. She was the younger of two children which includes her brother Dennis Bolden.

Mary Ann made her transition to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday, May 20, 2020.

Mary Ann was educated in DC Public Schools where she graduated from Cardozo Sr. High School in 1989. She was employed at the CIA Building in McLean, VA, for over fifteen (15) years. Mary Ann loved being with her family, shopping, laughing and being with her grandson Zaire. She loved life and her whole world was her son and grandson.

Mary Ann leaves to cherish her memories, her father - Moses Bolden, her mother – Janie Mae Bolden; her loving son – Vernon Mooney Jr.; one grandson – Zaire Mooney; one loving brother – Dennis Bolden; one nephew – Matthew Bolden; two nieces – Denise and Denisha Bolden; one godson – Trevon Kerkpatrick; her best friend – Calverina (Rina); and a large host of cousins.
