It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lucinia Florence Mundy, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Lucinia peacefully departed this life surrounded by her loving family on April 14, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

In remembrance of  Lucinia, a public viewing will be held on Thursday, April 25th, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to join together to pay their respects, share stories, and support one another during this difficult time.

A celebration of Lucinia's life will be held at Cedar Hill Funeral Home, located at 4111 Pennsylvania Ave 20746, on Friday, April 26th. The family will be available to receive friends from 11:00 am to 11:30 am, with a service to follow. This service will be a time to honor Lucinia's life, reflect on the impact she had on those around her, and find comfort in the memories shared.

Following the service, the interment will take place at The Cedar Hill Cemetery, where Lucinia will be laid to rest. This final act of remembrance will serve as a moment of closure for family and friends as they bid farewell to a remarkable woman who will forever hold a special place in their hearts.
