It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Louis Wallace Williams, who peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at the age of 85. Mr. Williams, born on September 24, 1938, touched the lives of many during his time as a radio personality for MPR before his well-deserved retirement. His warm voice and engaging presence left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of listening to him.

As we mourn the loss of this beloved individual, we find solace in the memories we shared and the legacy he leaves behind. Mr. Williams will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will always cherish the moments spent in his company.

To honor and celebrate his life, a  service will be held at Faith Outreach Community Church, located at 10301 Old Fort Washington, MD 20744, on Wednesday, April 17th. The family will be available to receive friends from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, with a service to follow, offering an opportunity for all who knew Mr. Williams to pay their respects and share in the memories of his remarkable life.

Following the service, a solemn interment will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery, where Mr. Williams will be laid to rest, surrounded by the love and fond memories of those who held him dear. May his spirit live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and may his legacy continue to inspire and bring comfort to those who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with such a remarkable individual.
