Married to Samuel Shuler for 26 years until his passing, Laura embodied the roles of a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished great-grandmother. Her family was the center of her universe, and her nurturing spirit touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

As her family and friends gather to honor her memory, a celebration of life service will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, at Cedar Hill Funeral Home, located at 4111 Pennsylvania Ave, 20746. The doors will open at 11:00 am for friends and loved ones to pay their respects, with the service to follow at 12:00 pm. This will be a time to celebrate Laura's remarkable life, to share stories of her kindness and love, and to find solace in the cherished memories she leaves behind.
