Laura Katherine King was born March 22, 1928, in Endfield, North Carolina. She peacefully transitioned from earth on September 4, 2025.
Laura was a beloved mother and cherished by many. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Laura's life will be held on Friday, September 26, at Cedar Hill Funeral Home located at 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD 20746. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service following immediately afterward.
