Joan M. Kelley, 82, of Arlington, VA passed away on January 31, 2013.

Born July 24, 1930 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky she was a daughter of Robert D. and Beulah Mae (Giles) Milam.

Surviving are two sons, Robert Smartt and William Edward Kelley; three daughters, Karla Kelley, Karen Kelley-Ariwoola and Manda Kelley; and three grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Katrina Kelley and Barbara Gayle Goolsby.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 9th at Cedar Hill Funeral Home, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

There will be no public viewing.
