Obituary
James Walter Proctor was born on June 11, 1934, in Sandy Springs, Maryland. He peacefully transitioned from earth on November 4, 2025.
James was loved and cherished by many. His warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, November 18, at Cedar Hill Funeral Home, located at 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD, 20746. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with the funeral service following immediately afterward.
