Gladys V. Blum was born on September 4, 1907 in Washington, DC to Otis and Susie Watts Spitzer, she departed this life on April 8, 2007 in Anne Arundel, Maryland.
Mrs. Blum was a homemaker, she was married to the late Edwin Blum. She was a loving and devoted wife, sister and aunt.
She is survived by a brother, Norman E. Spitzer; three nieces, one nephew, three great-nieces, five great-nephews, one stepdaughter, two stepsons and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 13, 2007 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the Chapel of the Cedar Hill Funeral Home, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, Maryland and on Saturday, April 14 from 9:00 AM until time of the service at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, Maryland.
