On Thursday, March 15, 2012; loving husband of Delphine D. Perkins; father of Joel Martin, Audrey Johnson, Thelma Ivy, Donna Perkins, Charity C. Perkins and the late Trinette Perkins; grandfather of two; great-grandfather of four; uncle to one newphew and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Cedar Hill Funeral Home, Inc., 4111 Pennyslvania Avenue, Suitland, MD on Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 10 A.M. until the Homegoing Service at 11 A.M. Interment in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
