On Friday, March 2, 2012 the beloved mother of Robert William Custer and Nancy Custer McKenzie; loving grandmother of Robert W. Custer II, Amy Custer Thompson, Michael Patrick Cawley, Shannon Cawley McLaughlin, Laurie Anne Hale and Shari Lynn Clatterbuck; as well as 10 loving great-grandchildren; sister of Regina Burroughs Adomanis, Dorothy Burroughs Barnard and Patti Burroughs Cecil; also survived by loving daughter-in-law, Claire Custer and a host of neices and nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Cedar Hill Funeral Home, Inc., 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD on Wednesday, March 7 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
