Elsie Dee Miller was born November 24, 1928, in Stewartsville, Ohio. She transitioned from earth to reward on July 13, 2025.

Elsie was affectionately known as "Sweetie," and was a beloved mother and cherished by many. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.

A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, July 31, at Maple Springs Baptist Church, located at 4131 Belt Road, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service following immediately afterward.
