Elliott Bethea Jr. was born in Washington, DC on July 15, 1950 at Gallinger Municipal Hospital to Marstella Turner
and Elliott Bethea.

Elliott accepted the Lord Jesus into his life as a teenager and was baptized.

He was united in holy matrimony in 1975 to Joyce A. Thompson. In his lifetime, he fathered four children and
gained grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved them all the same.

Elliott retired from the federal government after years of service and enjoyed every moment, living retired to the
fullest.

For three years he was cared for until his final days by his beloved daughter Leary L. Bowser Jr. (aka Little Joyce).

Elliott had four siblings: three sisters Joyce Anderson, Joanne London and Sheila Bethea; one brother Russell
Turner (deceased) who he loved very dearly.

He also leaves behind lots of relatives and friends that he as touched through his journey.
He will be truly missed by all.
