Dorothy Proctor Johnson was born on December 1, 1955 in Washington, DC. She transitioned on September 18, 2025. She was loved by all that knew her and will be truly missed.
To celebrate her life, a homegoing service will be held at Cedar Hill Funeral Home on Friday, October 10th where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM- 11:00AM with services to follow.
An internment service will be held at the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery immediately following services.
