She was cherished by everyone who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Dorothy's life will be Monday, March 23, 2026, at Life Builder Christian Church, 6608 Wilkins Place, District Heights, MD 20747 with the family receiving friends from 10:00–11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
