Donald Decover Williams Jr. was born to Inez Williams and
the late Donald Decover Williams Sr. on February 28, 1960
in Washington, DC. Donald, affectionately called Donnie by
his family, attended elementary school in Washington, DC
and later attended middle school and Surrattsville High
School in Clinton, MD. He completed 1 year at Prince
Georges Community College. Donald was a Carpenter by
trade and worked many years at the Cateland Construction
Company. Donald had a love for fishing and football,
cheering on the Washington Football Team (previously the
Redskins).
Donald is survived by his beloved mother, Inez Williams,
two daughters, Christina Choice and Lucrece Williams, a
stepson, Kahlil Williams, three sisters, Kathy Carry
(Dewayne), Paula Parrish (Michael), Tabitha Erving a
brother Ronald Williams, seven grandchildren, and a host
of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
