Obituary
Deloris Plummer, born September 11, 1946, in Washington, DC, transitioned on December 16, 2025. She was a devoted mother, cherished by everyone who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
A celebration of life is planned for Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Cedar Hill Chapel, with the family receiving friends from 10:00–11:00 a.m. and services to follow.
