Deborah Ann McNeill, born December 21, 1947, in Washington, D.C., she transitioned on January 5, 2026.
She was a devoted wife and mother, who is cherished by everyone who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
To celebrate her life, a service will be held on Friday February 20th at Our Lady of Perpetual Help- 1600 Morris Road SE 20020 where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM - 11:00AM with services to follow.
