Cinda Sarah Sistare was born on October 29, 1947, in Amherst, Virginia. She transitioned peacefully on November 23, 2025.
She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who was loved and cherished by all who knew her and will be truly missed.
A celebration of Cinda's life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th located at Cedar Hill Chapel 4111 Pennsylvania Ave, Suitland, MD 20746, the family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with services to follow.
