Carmen Willoughby was born on May 5, 1945, in Pittsburg, PA., she transitioned peacefully on June 14, 2026.
Carmen was loved and cherished by all who knew her and will be truly missed.
A celebration of Carmen's life will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at St Mary's of Episcopal Church located at 783 23rd St NW, Washington, DC 20037. The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
