Barbara R. Glover passed away on November 1, 2021, at 79 years old. She is survived by her husband, Edward Glover Jr.; daughters, Adina Glover Frazier and Bonita Glover; and brother, Leroy McMillan. Wake and mass will be at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Washington, DC on November 15 at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively.
